We recycle the removed concrete. We are the first to develop a small (smaller than a Bobcat) mobile concrete crusher. We have a complete line of crushers that can produce aggregate on sight. This aggregate has been annualized by different cement companies and they all have been impressed with the quality. The ratios are such as to require 30 percent less fine sand and 10 percent less cement to produce concrete that actually increases its PSI rating. That’s right… the PSI increases because more lacerations or scoring of the stone accurse, resulting in more stone surface bonding. Because the aggregate (removed concrete driveway) is already at the jobsite we are not limited to small projects. We are truly recycling concrete. This is a complete process, where everyone wins. The environment issues are addressed. Over filled landfills, and the disposal fees incurred, Lower transportation cost and the need to wash-out each concrete truck at the jobsite, combine to lower cost and help the environment.
